With Conference Manager™ we can assist you in:
Setting up the event
Conference Manager™ enables us to plan and manage your event. We set up a website, which is customized according to your event and agenda. Through this site, participants can sign up for the event, find the meeting program and other practical information. The set up can be customized according to your needs, e.g. registration, cancellation, opt out overnight stays etc.
Sending of invitations and handling enrollments
Depending on what you prefer, invitations can be sent out directly from Conference Manager™ or we can create a site on comwell.dk and a link for you to use in your own newsletter, website or invitation.
It is possible to create an external log-in for a lecturer or someone from your organization who needs access to the list of participants throughout the planning process. This log-in can be customized to suit your event and requests.
Administration fee per attendee from DKK 129,-
We also offer extra services in form of handling invoicing (issuing and dispatching of invoices). Contact us for an offer that is tailored to your event.
